How do I request a return or exchange?

Please include your order number, email address used at checkout, item name, designer/brand name, and any required photos.

Once your request is submitted, our team will review it according to the designer’s return or exchange policy and contact you with next steps.

What items are returnable?

Return eligibility depends on each designer’s return policy. In general, items may be eligible for return if they are:

  • Unused and in resellable condition

  • In the original packaging

  • With all tags intact

What items are non-refundable?

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or final sale items, if applicable

  • Items that are worn, used, damaged, or missing original tags/packaging

Please note that each refund is subject to the individual designer’s return policy.

The item I received is damaged. What should I do?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please submit a request through our Return / Exchange Request Form within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item so we can review the issue and assist you with next steps.

Can items be exchanged?

Exchanges may be available depending on the designer’s policy and product availability. Please submit your request through our Return / Exchange Request Form, and our team will contact you with next steps.

What are the refund options?

If your return is approved, refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, when applicable.

How do I ship back the items?

Once your return request is reviewed, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship the item back.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email with an update. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
